1. Overview of Digital Assets

Since ITPVASMM.COM provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods including Verified Accounts (Crypto, SMM, Payment Gateways) and PVA Emails, we generally do not issue refunds once the order status is marked as "Completed" and credentials have been delivered via our manual processing system. As a client, you are responsible for acknowledging this condition upon purchase.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

We take pride in our manual verification process. However, to protect your investment, we offer a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee for all verified assets under the following specific conditions:

  • The login credentials provided were non-functional at the time of delivery.
  • The account was flagged or restricted by the platform within 7 days specifically due to our verification methodology.
  • The delivered service significantly deviates from the technical specifications listed in our marketplace catalog.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

To maintain the integrity of our verified accounts, we cannot provide refunds or replacements in the following scenarios:

  • The customer accessed the account using a flagged VPN, blacklisted Proxy, or high-risk IP address.
  • The account was suspended due to a violation of the platform’s Terms of Service after the delivery was successful.
  • The customer attempted to modify core security information (Recovery Email, Phone, 2FA) without following our guidelines.
  • "Change of mind" requests after the sensitive credentials have been accessed and exposed to the customer.

4. Manual Refund Process

In rare cases where a refund is approved by our management (e.g., permanent stock unavailability or critical technical failure on our end), the following protocol applies:

  • Refunds are processed manually to the original source (Cryptocurrency, Wise, or Payoneer).
  • For Crypto transactions, the refund amount will be calculated minus the standard network/gas fees.
  • The manual review and processing window for refunds is typically 24 to 72 hours.

We value open communication. If you face any issues, please reach out to our manual support channels immediately. We resolve 99% of issues through direct chat. Opening a dispute via payment processors without prior communication will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from our servers.
